Where does the word "Pee Dee" come from in your name?

The word "Pee Dee" in our name is derived from the Pee Dee River located in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Most of our videos are filmed right here in the North Carolina! 

We get our recipes from a variety of sources...memory, experimentation, family cookbooks, online etc.
